Writing 101: Day Fifteen – Take A Cue From Your Readers

Today’s Writing 101 day fifteen,

Remember the poll or contact form that you set up during week two to collect ideas from your readers? Write today’s post based on one of the ideas from your list. Be sure to give this reader a shoutout and link back to their blog.

If you don’t have any ideas to choose from, not to worry. Here are four passages you can choose from to get you going:

“I’ve always felt the brain organizes and computes while writing, but the body is the place where story lives.”

— Kathleen Winter, “Writing with the Body

What does the line above mean to you?

“Our truest life is when we are in our dreams awake.”

— Unknown source, from a fortune cookie

  • Have you ever felt awake, but in a dream?
  • Have you received a message in a fortune cookie that moved you?

“A room without books is like a body without a soul.”

— Marcus Tullius Cicero

  • Describe a life-changing experience with a book.
  • Where do you like to read?
  • Describe a favorite bookstore, library, or setting with books.

“Without music, life would be a mistake.”

— Friedrich Nietzsche

  • Tell us about a time when a piece of music moved you.
  • Do you have an all-time favorite song? Why is it significant?
  • Compile a playlist of 10 tracks that represent you.

This task is in relation to my day six writing 101, we were task to describe our hub and habits as a writer/blogger. In the post also I have included a poll what my readers want me to write about in my future post, well, ANY INSPIRING IDEAS have prevailed (hahaha, oh! my I have to travel a lot, eat more chocolate and read more books).

Yes, chocolate never fails as commented by one of our fellow bloggers Fun Simplicity, I had my posts about my thoughts regarding chocolate, my favorite one is MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE. Oh my I guess I have to check on my refrigerator if I have left over cake from yesterday’s party 😀

A blogger name Joy, who is in love with Paris, had agreed on me that every writer/blogger should have a notebook, do you have any idea what is inside a Writer’s Notebook? Just curious.

Annie loves Mary Poppins quotes “In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun. You find the fun“.

Well, a playlist, I have already compiled from time to time, here.

Most of the music that I have in my playlist were or has moved me in different way.

If I were to choose one song that have moved me today, it will be:

You may watch the video here with the lyrics.

Life has many colors, there are moments of joy, and happiness, but also sorrow and hopelessness, miracles happen and dreams come true.
